Statement of Purpose

To promote Filipino martial arts and its safe practice in Australia.
To facilitate and assist in the formation of associations, clubs and groups which train and teach complete systems of Filipino martial arts.
Organise competitions, tournaments, study groups, tours and training, which promote Filipino martial arts and culture.
Provide Nationally Accredited training including coach training in Filipino martial arts.
To be recognised Nationally and Internationally as the Australian representative body for Filipino martial arts.
Liaise with and affiliate to International bodies involved in martial arts, which further the interests and purposes of AFCAF.
Act as an advisory body to government agencies and police on martial arts sports and weapons usage including, prohibited weapons.
